How much does it cost for a repair?

How quick can you call out?
We can usually get to a service request within 24 hours and sooner for emergency cases.
Will it be fixed there and then on the day?
Yes! We carry most common parts and batteries with us, so most of the time we can repair items same day there and then.
What if a second call out is required?
On a rare occasion a second call out may be required, if this is the case we will always agree a fee structure that suits every individual case.
What if you can’t fix my product?
Rarely this happens, however if it’s the case that a product is “unfixable”, we can usually sort a replacement out new or reconditioned.
Do you provide a warranty on repairs?
For issues directly related to the repair carried out only, we provide a 30 days labour guarantee alongside 1 year on new parts only.
